ReLi will post the item to be delivered straight to your home with our Biodegradable Plastic Bags (Pre-Loved garments) or Reusable Garment Bag (used for renting). When receiving the tracking number, it will be sent to you by email and/or phone.

Membership

Shipping cost included in membership fee.

Delivery Time

Usually between 3-5 working day depending on where your live in the country.

Recommend ordering at least 7 days in advance of expected date of use.

 

REUSABLE BAG 

In the package you receive there will be an extra return bag in which you put the Items in for return. You will be given a return slip that you are responsible for taping directly on the bag, before it is placed outside your home, ready to be picked up by the post office and delivered to us. You are required to return your Item(s) at the end of your rental period. When booking your return through ReLi Return Shop (Helthjem) or scanning the QR code on the return slip you are able to choose the date and time the bag must be left outside your home. It is important that the bag and return slip is visible for the currier to find it. You are responsible for following the instructions from Helthjem when returning your rentals. You also have the option to bring your return to your nearest Post Nord distribution center, simply hand in the bag with the return slip tapet on.

ReLi calculates postage times based on your location to ensure that your order arrives on or before your requested delivery. We recommend you order the items 5 days before your event to avoid any last-minute struggles and to make sure everything is fine. 

For One-Time Rental you may receive a friendly reminder to place your Item outside your home the day after your eight (8) days of rental.​

For Monthly Subscribed Members, you can change your three (3) items at the end of every month. As a pro member you can change your three (3) items when fitting you. Once the items are returned to ReLi you can order three (3) new items. If you enjoy your items and do not want to swap to three (3) new items, you can 1) keep them moving on to the next month as or 2) return for cleaning, if you need the items to be cleaned and returned back to you (as for the pro members), as long as you are paying the monthly membership fee.

​After booking your return, you can book your new box of three (3) items using your unique code at checkout which you will have received by email. Orders and checkout are done through our website (www.reli.no).

​Please note: failure to return your Item at the agreed dates, Client will be charged a late fee of 250 kr a day. Please refer to our ‘Privacy Policy’ and “Terms & Conditions''.

To our clients living in Rogaland or Oslo, if you require the item for the very same day delivery, we recommend choosing "pick up" from one of our showrooms.

If you urgently require an item for the next day and the next day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, make sure that you order five (5) days earlier to ensure you receive it on time. You may pay an extra fee for express shipping.

​ReLi is not responsible for any postal errors, you are recommended to contact Helthjem (postal courier) for the fastest solutions to the issue. 

​Once the Item has arrived to you, you hold the responsibility for these items. When providing an address for shipping you confirm that this address is your physical address, that of which you hold yourself accountable for the items when delivered. If you provide us an address where you do not physically reside, ReLi shall take no responsibility for non-delivery or any liability to what happens to the product after delivery.​

PURCHASE RETURN

All purchases made through ReLi (including physical showrooms and pop-ups) are final and not refundable. These items are normally discounted pieces that are pre-loved. Purchases differ from rentals, as when buying the item the client is the new owner and the item is not to be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (pre-loved) or gift cards.

When purchasing a full price, unused item online we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@reli.no or log into your return page:. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: ReLi AS, Kirkegata 13, 4006 Stavanger, Norway.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like accessories (jewelry, shoes, bags, books), perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
