Refund policy

ReLi’S CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 

For One-Time Rentals. If you wish to cancel a one-time rental, please contact ReLi as soon as possible via our website or by email at support@reli.no.

When you book an item, it becomes unavailable to others in our calendar, which limits its availability for other clients. Because of this, we apply a cancellation fee to compensate for potential lost rentals. However, we also offer flexible options that allow you to avoid this fee.

Cancellation Fees (if no swap or gift card is selected):

  • More than 45 days before rental start: Full refund – no cancellation fee

  • 30–45 days before rental start: 490 NOK cancellation fee

  • Less than 30 days before rental start: 990 NOK cancellation fee

Avoid the Cancellation Fee (Flexible Alternatives):

If you cancel more than 7 days before your rental period begins, you may choose instead of a refund:

  • Product swap: Change to another available item (subject to availability)

  • Gift card: Receive the full rental amount as a digital gift card, valid for 12 months

These options must be confirmed with customer support at least 7 days before the rental start date. After this deadline or once the item has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us to discuss a possible alternative solution. All requests must be submitted to support@reli.no.

 

CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITIES

The client shall

  • Instantly notify ReLi of the damage to the item that occurs during the hiring period.
  • Use the rented item(s) with care, such that the item(s) can be used by multiple clients, multiple times.
  • On termination of the rental, return the clothing complete, in good order as delivered, fair wear and tear accepted, to ReLi.
  • Keep the Apparel in their own possession and control shall not assign the benefit of the hire contract nor be entitled to lien over the clothing.
  • Not modify or make any additions to the Apparel or in any other manner interfere with the Apparel.

FIT GUARANTEE (incorrect size): To make sure your rental fits as expected, we offer a Fit Guarantee:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item if it does not fit

  • The item must be unworn and with original tags intact

  • Return must be shipped within 24 hours of your notification

Once we receive the returned item, you may choose a new one to be shipped (subject to availability). Requests received after 24 hours or for worn/used items are not eligible under this guarantee.

ReLi’s RIGTH TO CANCEL

ReLi reserves the right to cancel an order prior to delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

  • You will be notified in writing

  • A full refund, excluding shipping, will be issued

  • ReLi is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or consequential damages from such cancellation

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Applies to purchases of second-hand items only. Does not apply to rentals or memberships.

In accordance with the Angrerettloven, you have the right to withdraw from any online purchase of second-hand items within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.

To exercise this right:

  • Notify us via support@reli.no or send written notice to:
    ReLi AS, Parkveien 25, 0350 Oslo, Norway

  • Return the product within 14 days of giving notice

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

The product must be returned in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached (if applicable). If the product is used beyond what is necessary to test sizing and fit, you may be held responsible for a reduction in value, in accordance with §25 of Angrerettloven.

ReLi will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, but reserves the right to wait until the returned product is received or proof of shipment is provided.

 

REFUND PROCESS TIME

ReLi processes refunds within 14 calendar days of either:

  • Receiving the returned item, or

  • Receiving documented proof of return shipment (whichever comes first)

Please note: Refunds may take additional time depending on your payment provider. ReLi is not responsible for delays caused by banks or credit card companies.

 

SECURITY AND CHARGE

ReLi agrees to supply apparels. The Client charges all of the rights, title and interest in any land. Realty or other assets capable of being charged, owned by the User either now or in the future to secure the performance by the Client of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions (including, but not limited to, the payment of any money).

The Client insures ReLi from and against all ReLi’s costs and expenditures including legal costs on a solicitor and own Client basis incurred in exercising ReLi’s rights under these Terms and Conditions.

The User irrevocably appoints ReLi and each director of ReLi as the Client’s true and lawful attorney/s to perform all necessary acts to give effect to the provisions of this conditions in selection (Client Generated content) including, but not limited to, signing any document on the User's behalf.

ReLi reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover:

  • Unpaid rental fees

  • Damages caused to items

  • Compensation for breach of terms

This will be done in accordance with Norwegian law.
