Shipping usually takes between 1-5 business days, depending on where in the country you live.
However, you may pick up your order directly from our showrooms in Oslo or Stavanger.
All memberships include shipping costs, so you won’t be charged extra for that.
For One-Time Rentals shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout, but the starting price is 50 NOK.
If selecting to pick up your order (at Checkout) directly from our Showroom (Oslo or Stavanger) you will not be charged for shipment.

Yes, we do! Delivery location (doorstep or pick-up) may vary depending on your address and Helt Hjem.
Although our rentals are reserved for deliveries in Norway only, you may bring your rental items overseas while traveling.
We advise you to book your garment in advance so there is some margin in case there are delays with the delivery.

We offer one type of Memberships: a Monthly Subscription, and a One-Time Rental. You can choose which type suits you best.

You can cancel your subscription with 30 days notice. Send us an email to email@example.com and let us know if you would like to pause or cancel your membership.
You can also pause your membership for 1-2 months without extra cost. Contact us and we will assist you.
You will receive your unique code in your email. Use the code when checking out and placing your order, after selecting the items you want to rent.
If you can’t find the code, check your spam folder, and if it’s not there, contact us by chat on the website or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
At ReLi 'you can rely on us' - mistakes can happen or sometimes you change your mind. We are more than happy to update your order before it has been dispatched.

Notify the ReLi team as soon as you realize, as we are not able to change the order after the order has been dispatched.
Yes! All the cost of cleaning (and simple repair) is included in one time rental and subscription.
You should not. We take the utmost care of every single item and cleaning is included when you are renting from us. So do not you worry, we got it covered!
Yes, we do. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.
Yes, we offer Vipps payment for both One-Time Rental and Monthly Subscription.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Vipps.
Yes, you can! Pop up anytime during our opening hours, or feel free to book an appointment if you wish.

We have two showrooms where we welcome you to visit! One in Oslo (Frognerveien 13) and one in Stavanger (Kirkegata 13).
Returns & Refunds
You can get a partial refund if you have received an item that does not fit, change it for another item or size, and keep not fitting. So after receiving two items that do not fit and that have not been worn, you can ask for a partial refund that will be given as a coupon to spend on our shop.

You are not eligible for refunds when the item has been worn, lost or damaged.
If you order online, you can ask for a refund 24 hours after you have received the garment and it has not been worn.
If you pick up in the showroom, you can ask for a refund before picking up the item.
If we do not receive the one time rental dress on the agreed date or at the end of your rental period and/or membership, you’ll be charged a sum equivalent to 250 nok per day it is delayed.
If the one time rental item has not been returned by the 15th day you will be charged 150% of the retail price, and we will consider the item stolen. The client may keep the item once the 150% of the retail price payment has been made.
